What books are you looking forward to in 2008?

2007 was a fabulous year of releases from our favorites as well as lots of new authors. 2008 promises to be the same. What releases are you looking forward to in 2008??

I am dying to read all of Jennifer Rardin's other books! Then I have my old favorite authors like Harlan Coben and Janet Evanovich coming out with their new books. Alot of the same books on Wendy's list are on mine too.

Rachael! I've been dying to get my hands on her first book but you know, with nursing school and all I haven't been able to go to B&N.

Wendy - Very nice list, I have most of them on mine as well. A few of them I'll be reviewing soon. The last one on your list is just killing me! The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld) by Gena Showalter was moved to May 2008.

Rachael - Me too, I'm looking forward to the rest of Jennifer Rardin's series. I don't recognize Harlan Coben so I will have to check that out, and Janet Evanovich I finally read this year and wondered why I haven't before. :)

Wendy - Are you going to be an RN, or an LPN?

Harlan Coben is a mystery author.

Oh, a whole bunch of 'em:

To Hell and Back - Lilith Saintcrow
Hellgate: London: Goetia - Mel Odom
Prey - Lurlene McDaniel
The Host - Stephenie Meyer
The Magician - Michael Scott

I've even got one on order from 2009! :D

Kimberly - I know! It sucks that we have to wait until May, I can't wait to read that series. And I'm studying to be an LPN then I'll go for RN. :)

Rachael - Thanks, I'll have to check that out.

T.C. - I had no idea that you could pre-order that far in advance!

Wendy - I know it's not an easy path to choose, but what a wonderful profession for all of those you can help. :)

Kimberly - thank you! it's definitely not easy and most of the time quite disgusting, lol but I can't imagine myself doing any other thing. :)

I want Iron Kissed and Magic Burns.

Wendy - Not being able to imagine yourself doing any other thing will go a long way in helping you get through. :)

SCooper - I wonder if either author ever thought they'd be so very popular! Of course they would hope so, but now they can see how good they really are at sharing their stories. :)

Well...usually you can't. But its original intended release was this year, and the author has been a bit sidetracked with other projects. He hasn't written it yet. LOL I guess bumping back the release is better than sending people a book full of blank pages!

That makes a lot of sense....lol I do see that places like Amazon are letting you pre-order further in advance than you used to be able to. :)
